Can the price change after I book?
No. The number you see is agreed before you travel and it is what you pay, whether the Ronda is clear or gridlocked. Tolls and the terminal charges are already inside it. A taxi flagged down in the street runs on the meter and the total depends on the traffic that day — booking ahead is how you take that risk off yourself.
How do you work out the price?
From the real driving distance and time between your two addresses, plus any access charge the trip carries and the tolls on the way. You see the finished price before you book, and nothing is added afterwards.
Why not a flat price for the whole city?
Because Barcelona is about 15 km across. Sants is 11 km from the airport, the Eixample 15, Poblenou nearly 20. A single "airport to Barcelona" figure overcharges half the people who use it and undercharges the rest. Pricing by real distance is simply more honest.
How do I pay?
In the car, by card or cash, at the end of the trip. There is no prepayment, no deposit and no card details are ever entered on this site.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 3 hours before your pick-up time. If you booked less than 3 hours ahead, you can still cancel free within 15 minutes of booking. One WhatsApp message is enough — there is no form and no account.
What if my flight is delayed?
I track the flight number you give me and move the pick-up to the actual landing time at no cost. Waiting costs nothing for 60 minutes after you land, and 20 minutes for a hotel or an address; past that it is charged by the hour, pro rata.
Do you have child seats?
Yes — baby seats, child seats and boosters. Each is priced per seat and added in the booking form, so the total updates before you send anything.
Is a wheelchair-accessible taxi available?
Yes, an adapted vehicle with a rear ramp for one wheelchair plus three seated passengers. It carries a flat supplement per trip, listed on the prices page and added to your total the moment you ask for it. Book a few hours ahead where you can, since there is one adapted car rather than a fleet.
How many passengers and suitcases fit?
Four passengers with four medium cases in the saloon; five to eight in the minivan. Set the passenger count in the booking form and the right vehicle is chosen automatically.
Do you charge more at night or at the weekend?
Yes. Nights from 8pm, and the whole of Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, cost more than a weekday daytime trip. Your quote already reflects whichever rate applies to your pick-up time, so there is nothing to work out.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. The figure shown is the full fare for the trip, including tolls and the terminal charges. The only things that change it are extras you choose yourself, such as a child seat, and those are added in front of you before you send the booking.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Put their name in the booking and mention it in the notes — a parent arriving alone, a colleague landing late. I will confirm the details back to you.
